Book
Get ready for launch
Nearly all of our music holidays are marked as ‘register’ before they move onto the ‘book’ phase. When they’re ready for launch, we’ll post a specific ‘launch date’ when you can book. Registering on the holiday of your choice gives you a special 24-hour window to book before the official launch.
Why register?
Occasionally, our music holidays aren’t quite at the ‘book’ stage. Meaning we still need to puff up some pillows and check a few more things out before we offer them to you.
The option to register your interest means you get the opportunity to book your holiday 24 hours before the official launch date (when the holiday goes from ‘register’ to ‘book’).
Oversubscribed
Holidays marked as ‘register’ are often oversubscribed, so if you fancy one of these holidays, registering puts you in pole position.
1st. Deposit payment
Once we’ve launched the holiday, the status of the event changes from ‘register’ to ‘book’. This mean there are places available, and you can go ahead and make a booking (if you fancy). The booking and payment process is as follows:
2nd. 50% of final balance
The second payment will be 50% of the final balance. This will be due on holiday confirmation. Once we’ve confirmed your holiday by email, you can go ahead and make your travel arrangements to and from the destination pick up point (normally a designated airport).
3rd. Final balance
The final balance (plus any single supplement if applicable) will be due 8 weeks before your holiday begins.
Waiting list
When a holiday is sold out, you can join our waiting list. If we have a cancellation, and you’ve added yourself to that holidays’ waiting list, then we will offer you the newly available place. There is no obligation, so it’s always worth sending us your details.
