Sustainable holidays
We’re on a mission to make Singing Holidays more sustainable and less environmentally impactful. Whether recycling, taking eco-alternative transport, reducing printed media etc. — we are endeavouring to minimise our carbon output. We’re reducing waste at source and within the day-to-day running of our business to help create sustainable holidays and protect the environment.
World Land Trust
However, we want to make a bigger difference, and offer genuinely sustainable holidays. Therefore, through our new collaboration with the World Land Trust, we’re buying an acre of land every year to ensure a future for wildlife. At the same time, we’re protecting and restoring carbon-rich habitats.
Planting trees
In addition, we’re literally putting something back into the earth every time you come on one of our holidays. For each holiday you book, we plant a tree on your behalf, helping restore biodiversity, and protecting endangered species such as the Southern Woolly Spider Monkey and the Bornean Orangutan in crucial locations within Brazil, Borneo, and India.
Buy an acre
Together with our annual ‘buy an acre‘ commitment, we will contribute to global reforestation, restoring lost woodland, repairing damaged ecosystems and mitigating climate change.
